Hammer Nutrition Whey & Strawberry Recoverite Ice Pop's


Are you looking for a healthy snack to cool off after long workouts in the HOT summer sun? Well look no further, this recipe will blow your race socks off.

Ingredients:
Fresh Pineapple
Frozen Blueberries
Chia Seeds or any supper food you like
Whey Protein
Recoverite
Ice

Blend above ingredients adding more ice for desired consistency. I recommend more liquid than paste. Once blended completely, put in a large Ziploc bag and cut a small whole in one of the corners of the bag to use it like a funnel. Pour blended contents into individual ZIPZICLE bags. Place in tall cups to hold the popsicles upright and pop in the freezer. Once frozen, enjoy this healthy, tasty treat post workout or for dessert.
