HAMMER RECOVERY BARK! YUM

 1/3 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup dry milk
2/3 cup coconut oil (melted)
1/2 cup Hammer Whey
Organic Sugar to Taste(2 Tablespoons) or Natural Honey
Chia Seeds (however many you want)

Fig Pieces, Coconut Flakes(no sugar) and Almond Slices, Hammer Recoverite.

Start by melting the coconut oil and put in bowl. Add  Hammer Whey and wisk until mixed, add coconut milk, whisk and then add dry milk and whisk. Take Baking sheet (make sure it can fit in your freezer) put down some non stick parchment paper. Scoop mix on to parchment paper and use the second piece parchment paper on top to flatten it out to desired thickness. Then remove the top sheet. Sprinkle your extra toppings of choice. I used fig pieces, coconut flakes and almond slices. Then lightly brush on some melted coconut oil, this will help the Recoverite stick. Sprinkle with your favorite flavor of Recoverite and place parchment paper back on top and push in the extra toppings into the base mix.

Leave paper on and put in freezer until hardened then enjoy!

This is a awesome snack after a long workout or even a treat at night to help the sweet tooth pass.
